functional stay
easy transport friendly staff good spaces
the hotel is near bus and train lines making travel easy. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. communal spaces were well kept.
the ventilation system ran constantly it was hard to ignore

a cozy getaway
warm welcome festive decoration delicious breakfast
the staff's warm welcome. i appreciated the festive holiday decorations throughout the hotel. the meals i had were delicious, especially the breakfast (it really kickstarted my mornings!).
i noticed there were no coffee or tea making facilities available in the room which was a bit inconvenient.

the queen room included sufficient space. the room had good lighting with bedside lamps. a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower contributed to the room's appeal and functionality (a plus!).

the staff members were very friendly and helpful. they seemed to enjoy their jobs and were quick to assist. i found their positive attitude enhanced my overall experience and stay at the hotel.

the hotel bar featured a variety of cocktails. the outdoor dining area by the canal was a very nice feature. decent food was available at the restaurant and the bar area was spacious and comfortable.

underwhelming stay
small room inconvenient bathroom
the air conditioning worked as intended, a welcome relief during warmer days.
the room felt smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and i found the absence quite inconvenient.. the bathroom's layout was also a challenge, especially the small shower space and a sink with practically no counter space.
