the hotel is near bus and train lines making travel easy. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. communal spaces were well kept.
the ventilation system ran constantly it was hard to ignore

the staff's warm welcome. i appreciated the festive holiday decorations throughout the hotel. the meals i had were delicious, especially the breakfast (it really kickstarted my mornings!).
i noticed there were no coffee or tea making facilities available in the room which was a bit inconvenient.

the air conditioning worked as intended, a welcome relief during warmer days.
the room felt smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and i found the absence quite inconvenient.. the bathroom's layout was also a challenge, especially the small shower space and a sink with practically no counter space.
